According to Forbes, Nicki has inked a multi-million dollar deal with Pepsi. She will be the face of a soft drink by Pepsi called “Pop,” obviously inspired by the Barbie’s Pop sensibility and mainstream appeal.
You might think Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne have gone “Pop,” but they’re not the only rappers who’ve done it.
By “Pop,” we mean soda pop! Eminem, Ludacris, and Kanye West also have endorsement deals with Pepsi, joining the likes of pop stars like Britney Spears, Beyonce and the legend himself, Michael Jackson, who made history when he was enlisted by Pepsi back in 1984.
Anyway, It’s likely the first lady of Young Money was referring to her future commercial with Pepsi in the “Roman Reloaded” song featuring Tunechi.
