Jay-Z, one of the world’s most notable rappers, decided to show his sadness and respect by having his website Life + Times give a small tribute to the fallen TV star:

“Just George Jefferson strollin’ on ‘em.”

Jay-Z sets the example for how rappers/Americans should react to losing one its ‘greatest’ with a little lyrical love. And his example will continue to be around for awhile.

He will be missed.
