It was the verdict heard ’round the world. George Zimmerman. Not guilty.
And then the reactions poured in from social media. And it wasn’t just us regular people, celebs had a lot to say. And not just the celebs who have been open supporters of the Martin family from the beginning [like Russell Simmons and Jamie Foxx] but a ton of them – and lots of white celebrities!
Do you know how happy this makes us? A huge step towards growth in this country is not just black celebrities keeping this movement in the spotlight, but white celebrities as well.
Check out the support that came in…

Had a gun-toting Trayvon Martin stalked an unarmed George Zimmerman, and then shot him to death… DO I EVEN NEED TO COMPLETE THIS SENTENCE?

A young man was killed in Florida and no one is guilty of anything, except the victim. I don’t think stand your ground was meant for this.

This has to be a call to action. We must participate in the political process and demand the justice system we ALL deserve.

I can’t handle this. All that really matters are Trayvon’s parents, and making sure nothing like this ever happens again.
