Degrassi Cast

The gods have spoken. Just as we started to mourn the loss of Degrassi, the 14-season-long epic series that ran on TeenNick (and basically defined most of our childhoods), Netflix saved the day.

Though we may have to say goodbye to the end of an era, we do get to say hello to twenty new online episodes. Netflix and Canada’s Family Channel have decided to air Degrassi: Next Class, set to start in 2016. We all know we’ll binge watch that in less than a day.

In other news, it’s safe to say Richard Sherman is a little unsure about the whole hybrid dinosaur idea. ESPN‘s 30-second promo of Jurassic World featuring the Seattle Seahawks cornerback is absolutely hilarious, to say the very least. Watch above.

Apple Worldwide Developers Conference Opens In San Francisco

Apple announced that the Apple Music digital service will launch June 30 for $9.99 a month. Not great news for Pandora and RealNetworks, which each lost 4 percent on Monday alone.

Though Pandora offers a tempting $4.99-per-month premium service, it’s gonna be tough for them to compete with the infamous Apple name. Apple Music plans to integrate Beats One, a global Internet radio channel with DJs that allows users to skip tracks.

Terminator Genisys

The word is out about James Cameron‘s latest project Terminator Genisys, which hits theaters July 1st. And like 99 percent of Cameron’s movies, the recently released stills do not disappoint – some photos from the latest installment even give us a look at the behind the scenes action. The movie stars Jai Courtney, Emilia Clarke, and of course, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
