Despite the age old comparisons of Jay Z and Nas on whose lyrical ability reigns supreme, we’ve just been comparing apples to oranges all this time, according to Breaking Bad actor Bryan Cranston.

A few years back, rapper Phonte proposed a theory equating the two lyrical gods to the legendary TV dramas “The Wire” and “Breaking Bad.” He explained that “in terms of what he’s accomplished as a whole throughout his career, [Jay-Z] really is the Greatest” while maintaining that he’d rather listen to Nas rap “at any given moment.”
