If you’ve been submitting resume after resume and you’re struggling to get an interview, there’s probably a reason why. Apparently, there are automatic systems in place to detect women job applicants and it’s all in the tone of voice you use.
So turns out, those screeners are biased towards women. Yep. White or black, you will fall below what the system requires a “qualified” candidate to be based on certain words you put on your resume.
