Southampton, NY, 1/20/09 (Hip Hop PR Wire) — In the midst of what turned out to be the epicenter of hip-hop history, the nephew of  famed music entrepreneur Uncle Louie was born. Only five years younger than his uncle, Daniel Irvine watched closely and at a young age, while his Uncle performed at many venues, produced tracks with Slick Rick, Nas, Run DMC and Mariah Carey. Dan met some of hip-hop’s elite while apprenticing his uncle. Eventually Uncle Louie hung up the mic and became a full fledged producer. From the Fat Boys to Jennifer Lopez with studio sessions with none other than Notorious BIG and Jay-Z along the way; Dan grew up around the hip-hop music industry and the hip-hop industry grew up around him. After nearly a decade and a half of music success, the next logical step was for his Uncle Louie to put his knowledge, experience and network to good use an so began Uncle Louie Music Group (ULMG) and with the ribbon cutting ceremony came the announcement of a major digital distribution deal through a company owned by none other than Universal Music Group.

After his return from service in the U.S. Army, Dan took to the family business and began working for Uncle Louie Music Group. Shortly thereafter, the leadership instilled in him through his service in the United States Military proved invaluable to the business world and he was named A&R of ULMG’s New Talent Division in the New York regional office of ULMG. Dan is actively recruiting new artists to the ULMG label and as such, he is providing an opportunity for new and rising stars to join the ranks of the established ULMG artists, many of whom are platinum selling proven entities. Some are movie stars, NFL Players and Radio Personalities. With Prince Markie Dee and Kool Rock-ski (the Fat Boys), Juana of JJ Fad (the legendary Supersonic track’s lead rapper), and J-Love the Silver Glove (The Baka Boyz), Mikhael Ricks (exNFLer: Cowboys/Lions/Chiefs/Chargers) on the roster, ULMG in conjunction with Uncle Louie Management (ULM) has a breadth of experience from which to draw upon. New artists who have their albums ready to Rock n’ Roll but can’t find an outlet to get them out there to the masses need look no further than Dan, after all, he knows Uncle Louie better than him? The buck doesn’t stop at Hip-Hop music either. In fact, ULMG shares the same distribution outlet as Dolly Parton, Nappy Roots, Tila Tequila, Too Short, and Paul Oakenfold just to name a few. So it’s clear that it doesn’t matter what kind of music it is; if it’s good music then he will get it out there!
